FIVE YEAR CANCER UPDATE!

Five year (almost!) cancer update! Sorry it’s been so long, I’m very bad at this. Very little editing done because I’m also very lazy 😉 Information about my diagnosis and treatment plan: Diagnosis: Locally Advanced Invasive Ductal Carcinoma in left breast with node involvement (three) Type: HER+ | ER/PR- Stage: 2B Date of Diagnosis: May 1, 2019 Age at diagnosis: 34 Genetic testing: Negative, variant of uncertain significance BRCA2 retesting in two years (probably wont ever do this) Chemotherapies: Adriamycin, Cytoxan, Taxol, and Herceptin/Kadcyla Surgery: Oncoplastic reduction (left and right) with complete axillary dissection of lymph nodes on left side only (ALND) Radiation Therapy: 16 full coverage plus four boosters Targeted Therapy: Nerlynx (Feb 2021 to Feb 2022) If you have any questions please ask me in the comments section below.
