Polyurethane Foam is a 6lb Marine grade product from totalboat.com https://www.totalboat.com/product/tot... 00:00 - Intro 01:30 - Baseline Configuration Cutting Assessment 02:42 - Aluminum End Caps 03:40 - Expanding Polyurethane Foam 05:37 - X-Gantry Foam Filling 07:54 - Foam Filled Cutting Assessment 09:06 - Side By Side Comparison 09:21 - Final Thoughts Check out my Affiliate link for the Expanding Polyurethane Foam if you are interested in trying something similar or have an alternative project to work with it on. https://amzn.to/3jKqynQ
