Ingredients (Serves 1–2) ・Water: 500ml ・Chicken stock powder (or granules): 2 tsp ・Salt: 1/3 tsp ・Soy sauce: 2 tsp ・White dashi: 2 tsp ・Sesame oil: 1 tsp ・Somen noodles: as needed Toppings ・Salad chicken ・Red onion ・Lemon Mix all the seasonings (except sesame oil) and freeze to make chicken broth ice cubes. Pour the frozen cubes over the somen, drizzle with sesame oil, and top with your favorite ingredients.
