I Rode 16 Miles Like a BMXer... Here's What Happened

It's been a while since I've ridden my BMX bike around with the seat low. And it's also been forever since I've commuted on my BMX without my camera gear and backpack. If felt so refreshing to ride around like this again. But riding like that made me realize how out of shape I am for that type of riding. So in this video I get re acclimated with riding with my seat down. I was doing sprints, practicing manuals and jumping curbs for a little over 16 miles. It's a different type of riding and I need to get back to doing it more.
