I Ignored This Ozark Trail G1 Problem - It's getting Worse

One of the goals with reviewing the Ozark Trail Explorer G1 drop bar was to see how long it lasted out the box with very little adjustment. Basically, doing all the things like someone who doesn't have experience with working on their bike would do. So I've been ignoring the fact that the drive train on my bike is slipping. Well on this ride the slipping drive train really annoyed me because I was trying to catch a train to the city and I was late. I really should've worked on adjusting the derailleur to stop it from slipping. The bike was also very noisy because of the derailleur needing to be adjusted.
