My experience with running the 12x36 Beach Sands Mini Dream Mat. Recovery can improve if you run it slower, but to keep up to a descent shoveling pace, you need good flow and slope. While running is hot like this, best not let it run empty and always shut off your water when you take a break from shoveling.
