■ MEXICO CITY: I've always rated Mexican food up there along with Italian (and recently Indian) as my favorite food. But seeing as I'd never been to Mexico before I'd never tried the world famous Mexican Taco on its home turf. That changed today after my plans of spending 7 hours at the international airport in Mexico City fell through. Seeing how poorly it was run I decided to head downtown for a little food excursion.
