Mexico Roadside Dining 🇲🇽
■ TURAGOI, MEXICO: After 4 hours on the road, and with Simon starving as he didn't indulge in the Tacos on our previous pit-stop, it was time to hunt for something edible. Right after a toll-booth an American Subway restaurant was spotted. I decided to accompany Simon for moral support, as who likes to eat alone, but as we started walking I spotted an epic looking street kitchen. Turns out it was a family run Quesedilla street food restaurant. Not knowing what that actually means (yes, really) I decided to see how these Quesedilla's are made and taste like.
