Transfer the crushed cookies to bowls or jars, covering the bottom. Time to whip the cream – add powdered sugar and mascarpone to the cream. Spread the resulting cream over the crushed cookies and decorate the top with blended mango and seasonal fruit. It's time for dinner – let's make spinach gnocchi with gorgonzola and Parma ham - https://www.youkencook.pl/przepis/348... Melt a little butter in a pan and sauté the spinach with a pinch of garlic. Season with a pinch of pepper and salt. Transfer the spinach to a blender and chop finely. Grind the potatoes in a food processor directly into the bowl. After adding the flour, salt, and blended spinach puree, knead the mixture. Form the dumplings from the resulting dough. Then, fry the ham, remove it from the pan, and melt the Gorgonzola cheese in the same pan in a little butter. Then add the Parmesan cheese and ham. Cook the dumplings and place them on top of the sauce. Ready!
