We recently got our hands on the Kenwood Titanium Chef Pattisier XL food processor – I tested it in my home, and here are the results! It's rare to come across a device that can be easily operated without any experience, right out of the box. The food processor is equipped with a powerful 1400W motor with 13 different speeds. The Kenwood Titanium Chef Pattisier XL comes with two bowls of different capacities, and they are easy to store – one bowl fits inside the other. The food processor weighs the ingredients and can also inductively heat food up to 60 degrees Celsius. This is a great help for melting chocolate or, for example, rising dough. The device can be linked to an app that contains hundreds of delicious recipes. Additional accessories include a sturdy glass blender, a "K" beater, a whisk, a dough hook, and a flexible beater for creating various mixtures. We begin our practical test by preparing a warming smoothie with cloves, ginger, cinnamon, and chili. Banana, pear, orange, millet flakes, and plant-based milk form the base of this delicious winter smoothie, which is incredibly easy to prepare! My second suggestion is a spice cake, perfect for dessert. Baking together is a great way to spend an afternoon as a family.
