Making a lapped seam corset, late Victorian, early Edwardian style
This is a video I made several months ago when I was learning how to use Premiere pro. It is clunky and awkward, no captions, I mumble a lot - and since it was a learning piece and I didn't like it, I didn't plan to post it. But then I realised that the techniques presented can still be useful for people wanting to have a go at a lapped seam corsetry and they might not mind the presentation much, but enjoy the details of construction. So there you do! A learning piece But i hope it will be useful to some budding corset makers!
