Hinotori (MSX2) longplay

Knightmare-like shooter by Konami for MSX2 machines. This one is less linear, but at the same time a bit loopy compared to other similar games. There are six mazy levels to navigate. Levels go around in an endless loop. Collecting keys is necessary to access doors and new areas and each level ends with a boss fight. Backtracking to early levels is necessary for collecting orbs, five in total and collecting all is required to get the last boss fight and ending. Collecting items in levels grant effects such as invulnerability and time stop. Collecting torches gives points to for weapon upgrades or extra lives. Unfortunately there is only one tune for first five levels and one for boss fights, but the last level has new music. Maps at vgmaps were big help for planning this longplay.
