Rising Sun is a beautiful and I mean BEAUTIFUL game set in Feudal Japan designed by Eric Lang and published by CMON. Art by Adrian Smith. In my opinion this is Eric Lang's magnum opus. (is that spelled right?) Anyhow, this is by far his best game from theme, to game play design.
