Step 2: Bring your hands up and make fists, unravel the fingers, reaching them long and stretching them back. Repeat multiple times. Step 3: Make small fists pressing up with the knuckles and then release. Repeat multiple times. Step 4: With hands in front of the body and palms facing the ground, spread the fingers wide and then close them together. Repeat multiple times. Step 5: With hands in front of the body and palms facing each other, bend the fingers into the palms, then uncurl them, spreading the fingers wide and tilting them back. Repeat multiple times. Step 6. Touch the thumb to each finger, picking up pace each time. Repeat multiple times. Step 7: Repeat step 1.
