Resep : Donat Kentang Susu Adonan 5 Menit Tanpa Banting

The ingredients for 500 g : instant yeast 2 tbs sugar 150 g vanili/vanilla 2 wrap sago flour 100 g potatoes that have been mashed 300 g wheat flour 500 g butter 100 g baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt ⅓ tsp 2 eggs warm water The dough : mix the wheat flour, sago flour, sugar 150 g, 2 wrap vanili/vanilla, 2 egg yolks, butter, potatoes that have been mashed, and stir that dough, and before you stir that dough, you must to mix sugar with the instant yeast, and warm water 50cc, and let it expand after you stir that till equally. And continue stir the previous dough. if the first dough have been equally, and mix with the next ingredients(the warm water with instant yeast and sugar). Stir again until the mixture has a cavity, its mean that dough can be formed. Formed as you like. until you formed the dough, let it expand usually you can let it approximately 10-15 minutes. And you can fry it with small fire so as not to burn. Fry till the dough look brown, and lift it. you can give the topping as you like to serve it.
