MODULE 2: UPLB Organizational Structure

𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 𝟐: 𝐔𝐏𝐋𝐁 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 This module provides an overview of the organizational framework and hierarchical structure of the University of the Philippines Los Baños. It introduces learners to the university’s administrative setup, including the organizational chart, key officials, and the roles and responsibilities of personnel within the institution. Participants will also become familiar with the UPLB Administration, UPLB officials, and the Human Resource Development Office (HRDO), including its personnel and functions in supporting employee development and institutional growth.
