10 min DONKEY KICKS WORKOUT| GLUTE ISOLATION EXERCISE| Home Workout with No Equipment

Donkey kicks workout works the gluteus maximus, core and hamstring. It is good for Stability and Toning and also a glute Isolation exercise. This workout will not only lift your glutes but will also work your belly. As you perform this workout ensure you tighten your core and keep your spine neutral. Do not over extend your leg and hinge your waist at the top. Ensure you have a smooth surface on your knees to avoid hurting them. I have placed a folded towel on my knees.
