In Vinnytsia, outdoor classes were organized for visitors to the city's territorial social service center. People of respectable age opened the cycling season and joined Nordic walking in the Central Park. Such activities help maintain physical fitness, joint mobility, improve well-being and promote emotional health, said instructor Kateryna Tkachuk. According to her, such outdoor classes are organized for day visitors twice a week. "Nordic walking involves 90 percent of the muscles of the entire body. The load is removed from the knees, the back is relieved, the cardiovascular condition, sleep, blood pressure. And mood improve. We divided into groups and some do "bike rides", some - walk. Because cycling is good for the whole body, all joints work here," said Kateryna Tkachuk.
