In this video, I'll show you a helpful sequence for those with frequent sciatic nerve inflammation. Sciatica pain affects the lower back, the buttocks, the back of the leg up to the knee, and sometimes the foot. The intensity of the pain also varies, and these exercises should be avoided during the acute phase, although they are particularly useful as a preventative measure. The typical cause of this inflammation is compression of the nerve; in this video, we work on stretching the piriformis muscle, the psoas muscle, and the lower back to loosen the affected muscles and make the pelvis and trunk more flexible.
