This dish has its origins in Hydrabad, India. Chicken Majestic is a dry chicken dish marinated with Indian spices, onions and capsicum. Ingredients: MSG (optional) 1 Pinch Curd 3 Tablespoons Coriander powder 1 Teaspoons Cumin powder 1/2 Teaspoons Mint 1/2 Bunch Curry leaves 2 Springs Green chilly 4 Numbers Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoons Egg 1 Numbers Salt To Taste Corn flour 2 Tablespoons Chicken 250 Grams Soya sauce 1/2 Teaspoons Directions: 1. First take the chicken stripes marinate with butter milk and salt for 4 to 5 hours. 2. Take a bowl add marinated chicken add corn flour, salt, egg, ginger garlic paste, oil, mix it well and rest for 2 hours then deep fry the chicken till cooked. 3. Heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic, sliced green chilly, curry leaves, mint, turmeric, red chilly powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, curd, salt, 4.
