Slow life in the French countryside, rainy day, plums season, cosy baking, French Clafoutis 🌧️🍒

Bonjour friends, How have you been? The weather has cooled down a lot lately so I went for a hike with my sister between two rain showers, plum season is also in full bloom here in France and I made a classic French clafoutis with them, it turned out a bit flat, but still very delicious. A Plum clafoutis recipe : 5 eggs 100g Sugar 1 packet of vanilla sugar 250 ML Milk 40g Melted butter 100g Flour A pinch of salt 600g of red plums In a large bowl, mix together the eggs and the sugars, add the milk progressively and then the melted butter. Add the flour and the salt and mix until it forms a smooth batter. Butter a pan and divide the plums in two, add the batter to the pan. Cook for about 45 minutes at 180°Celsius Clafoutis is best to eat, still warm.
