You can easily deep fry them, pop them in an air fryer for a healthy version, or make them with minimal oil in an Appam pan/tray! #leftoverricecheeseballs #cheeseballsrecipe #leftoverricerecipe #kitchenseries #easysnacksrecipe #quickstarter #vadelabhatnirecipe #crispycheeseballs #cheesysnacks 📝 INGREDIENTS FOR STUFFING • 1/2 cup leftover rice, बचे हुए चावल • 1/2 cup boiled mashed potatoes, उबले आलू • Chopped Gajar, गाजर • Chopped Capsicum, केप्सिकम • Chopped Corn, मक्के के दाने • 1 tsp paste of Green Chilli, Ginger, Garlic, हरी मिर्च, अदरक, लहसुन की पेस्ट • 2 tsp Corn Flour, मक्के का आटा • 1/2 tsp Salt, नमक • 1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes, चिली फ्लेक्स • 1/2 tsp Oregano, ओरेगानो • 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala, चाट मसाला • Cheese Cubes (for filling) FOR OUTER LAYER • 3 tsp All Purpose Flour, मैदा • 2 tsp Rice Flour/Corn Flour, चावल /मक्के का आटा • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli, लाल मिर्च • 1/2 tsp Salt, नमक • 1/2 cup Water, पानी • Bread Crumbs (for coating) • Oil for frying METHOD 1. Prepare the Stuffing: In a large bowl, mix all the stuffing ingredients well. Take a small portion, flatten it into a circular shape, place a cheese cube in the center, and wrap the mixture neatly around it to form a smooth ball. 2. Make the Slurry: Mix all-purpose flour, rice flour/corn flour, red chili, salt, and water in a small bowl to create a smooth, lump-free liquid layer. 3. Coat the Balls: Dip the cheese balls first into the prepared liquid slurry, and then roll them generously in bread crumbs. (Pro Tip: If you plan to deep fry them, repeat this coating process a second time to prevent the cheese from leaking). 4. Cook: Fry them in hot oil until golden brown, bake them in an air fryer, or cook them evenly using an Appam tray with just a few drops of oil. Serve hot with ketchup!
