The Consumer Patrol intervened to help Sueli recover her car after a long wait. The vehicle was left at a repair shop for bodywork and painting services with a promise of completion within a week. However, almost three months later, the service had still not been finished. Upon arriving at the shop with Sueli, Celso Russomanno spoke directly with Rogério, the person in charge of the establishment. During this conversation, it became clear that other vehicles had been given priority over hers. Furthermore, another customer present also reported similar problems related to the timeframe of services provided by the same shop. Rogério justified the delays by mentioning operational difficulties and promised to finish the repairs by the next day for one of the customers and by the following Thursday for Mrs. Sueli.
