Ganesh Naik calls for people's movement to build a greener Maharashtra at Rabale

Strengthening this mission at the grassroots level, initiatives like the Green Hope, led by former MLA Sandeep Naik, have played a key role in expanding plantation drives and encouraging active citizen participation in environment conservation. Ganesh Naik announced that the forest department is committed to achieving its ambitious target of 300 crore tree plantations across the state, with active participation from citizens and community organisations. Urging every citizen to plant and nurture at least one tree each year, Ganesh Naik said that collective action is the key to creating a greener, healthier and more sustainable Maharashtra for future generations.
