SP: adolescente de 13 anos denuncia pai por abuso e cárcere privado

A 13-year-old girl reported her own father for sexual abuse after managing to record an audio recording during one of the assaults. The case occurred in Hortolândia, in the interior of São Paulo state. The young girl handed the recording over to the local police station, leading to the suspect's arrest in flagrante delicto. The father, 38 years old, was detained while at the house he rented. The most recent episode of abuse happened during a soccer game. After recording the incident, the girl fled to the police station where she reported the events to the delegate in charge of the case. Investigations revealed that this was not the first time she had suffered such abuse. The victim's mother is also under investigation due to her daughter's allegations that she had previously reported the abuse without receiving adequate support or protection. Based on these accounts and the evidence presented by the teenager, the authorities decided to temporarily remove her from contact with both parents.
