Stir-fry 10g garlic and eggplant in 1 tablespoon olive oil, then add 200g canned tomatoes and stir-fry. Add kelp. Add 1 teaspoon dashi and pepper. The eggplant sauce is complete. Sear 180g of ground beef seasoned with salt and pepper in 10g of butter, then stir in 5 teaspoons of flour. Add 200cc of milk, pepper, 1.5 teaspoons of consommé, and 2 sprinkles of nutmeg. Mix. Place the eggplant sauce and the meat alternately in a heat-resistant container.
