Hi Foodies, I am very excited about this one! Finally, I get to make a dish from the island I love so much and call home! I pretty sure it will not be everyone’s cup of tea, but I as so many Canarians love them…. I’m dedicating this video to Smash Fishing, he has a fantastic YouTube channel where he goes foraging, fishing around the Channel Islands, mainly Guersey. I have seen him try to cook limpets on a couple of occasions and he has not enjoyed the result… Hope he sees the video and maybe he gives it a go! For the green Mojo: Bunch of Parsley Bunch of Corriander 4 Garlic cloves ½ a celery stick 3 slices of lemon cest Juice of 1 lemon Vinegar to taste ½ a cup of extra virgin olive oil 2 preserved chilies in vinegar Blitz everything together with a hand blender and put in a squishy bottle in the fridge!
