In this episode we get into the sea trials of Zig Zag. We have spent so long building her that we don't want to rush through the test phase. The sea trials are a critical part of the boat building process. We need to test out everything that we have built and make sure we can rely on Zig Zag when conditions become more challenging. We've been taking it slow and starting easy, sailing on light wind days at first and building up to stronger and stronger winds. We have been making small adjustments to the rigging and various other parts of the boat, I will talk about all that in the next episode where we will take you through the technical boat tour.
