In the name of the Father, and of the Son ✠, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. 🛐 ACT OF CONTRITION “My Lord and my God: I firmly believe that you are here, that you see me, that you hear me. I adore you with profound reverence. I ask your forgiveness for my sins and the grace to make this time of prayer fruitful. My Immaculate Mother, Saint Joseph, my father and lord, my guardian angel: intercede for me.” 🙏 OPENING PRAYER O God, infinitely holy and glorified by your saints, you who inspired the holy monk and hermit Charbel to live and die in perfect likeness to Jesus, granting him the strength to separate himself from the world in order to make the heroism of the monastic virtues triumph in his hermitage: poverty, obedience, and chastity, we implore you to grant us the grace to love and serve you following his example. Oh! Almighty Lord, who manifests the power of Saint Charbel's intercession with numerous miracles and favors, grant us this difficult and urgent grace that we so need in these difficult times: (specify everything you wish to achieve with the novena) and that we implore through his intercession. DAY 1 Blessed Saint Charbel, who from your holy body conquered corruption and shone within you the fragrance of heaven, come to my aid and grant me the grace I ask of God in this need I have (make the request).
