The 25-acre treelined lake is stocked with around 300 carp and the biggest recorded capture is 66lbs. With swims decided Pecky, Scott & Ash all start off by introducing a good amount of bait and it doesn’t take long for action as Ash & Pecky get off the mark on the first night.  Scott’s swim sees him fish towards a marginal area and after locating some markers a previous anglers had left, he introduced some bait and placed a combo-multi rig on the spot. Sure enough, a lovely mid 20lb common graced his net during the night.  Pecky & Ash tactfully work together and fish a spot in open water, with tight baiting and effective rigs this continues to bring bites both day and night and ultimately one of the largest carp in the lake at over 55lbs!
