Ben has been teaching Gabe how to swim by using The Rocco Up Method. After last summer Gabe learned how to swim with a vest. This summer he was ready to take the next step! Dunking his head under water and removing all floatation were the next steps. This video displays how this process worked for Gabe and how Ben works his magic.
