Major Life and Spirituality Birth and Vocation: She was born in 1903 in Saluzzo, Italy, under the name Pierina Vetrone. After several attempts, she entered the Capuchin Clare Convent in Turin in 1929 and received the religious name 'Maria Consolata'. The Very Little Way of Love: Based on messages said to have been received directly from Jesus Christ, she practiced a spirituality that filled every moment of daily life with ceaseless acts of love. Key Prayer: She emphasized the constant recitation of the seven-word prayer said to have been taught to her by Jesus: "Jesus, Mary, I love you. Save souls!" Beatification Process and Legacy Declaration of Venerable: On April 6, 2019, she was declared Venerable by Pope Francis in recognition of her heroic virtues. Writings: Her spirituality became widely known through books such as *Jesus Appealing to the World*, which were compiled and published by her spiritual director, Lorenzo Sales, who organized her diaries and messages. Death: She passed away on July 18, 1946, at the age of 43, from tuberculosis.
