You will need 3 kettlebells: 1 light, 1 medium, 1 heavy (80,65,45); as we travel through 3 groups of movements. Group 1 will be strength based, slow moving heavier sets with rotational components. Group 2 will be all lower body conditioning, and group 3 will be a full body complex focusing on mobility.
