Hiking Zion to Arches //02: The Barracks | 4K

The second leg of my 44-day, 726-mile hike from Zion to Arches in spring of 2018. This installment of the extended edition includes hiking up the East Virgin River through the narrows of The Barracks and to Mt. Carmel Junction with some side-hikes and exploration along the way. Highlights include the Lower Barracks (aka Parunuweap Canyon), the Barracks Obstacle, Poverty Wash, French Canyon, and a few snakes as well. Oh, and a bunch of cows were NOT a highlight.
