A midnight ride at 12 AM in peak winter — riding through freezing cold highways, empty roads, and endless darkness. What started as an exciting ride slowly turned into a test of endurance. The cold kept getting worse. Sleep started hitting. And by morning, dizziness made the ride even harder. Had to take multiple breaks just to keep going. Then things got worse… the back carrier broke near Islampur, forcing an unexpected stop and quick fix. But somewhere between all the struggles — the road started giving back. A magical winter sunrise, fields covered in fog with soft golden light… and later, endless golden paddy fields shining under the sun. And then came the moment that made everything worth it — a distant view of the mighty Kanchenjunga from Islampur side. Finally, after 18 long hours, reaching Siliguri with the mountains welcoming in the sunset light. This ride had everything — struggles, breakdowns, beauty, and unforgettable moments.
