Success!!!! Harbor Freight DIY Gasifier 100% Wood Chip Run 2

Ok success!!! Today I added the hopper agitator, and revised the inline ammo box filter. The agitator has fixed the issue with hopper bridging I didnt have to invervene at all. It ran the fuel just about all the way out. For the Ammo box I removed the screen mesh and welded in expanded metal to put that problem to bed. That wil never be a issue ever again. I ran the same fuel as before roughly 5% to 10 % MC and the machine ran under a moderate load of around 1300 ish watts for the duration of the run. Plus some additional intermitent loads running a small coffea pot. Other than making some miner air mixture adjustment the machine ran very stable. Run time for today was 1 hour and 40 minutes!!! Unfortunatly there was not enough market support for this product so it has been discontinued. However, the good news is you dont need this kit. I still show you in detail how to build this, you can just as easily source all these parts or create your own version. Dont over complicate this. Use your best justment sizing the unit to what I show here. You dont need the HF tanks just find some tanks and flanges that fit them. You do not need to be exact. Go to our forum start a build and thread and myself along with other members will aid you. Dont go and buy books, you dont need that either. You need a forum with active and willing participants that have experience and we will share this with you.
