For Whisky Zone Cut Point interview No. 4, I visited The Bowmore Hotel on the Scottish isle of Islay in March of this year where I sat down and chatted with Peter Alexander Maclellan, the owner and proprietor of Lucci’s Whisky Bar, a destination spot for Scotch whisky drinkers from around the world.who appreciate Islay whiskies.
