Maclean's Nose Review - Is this Much-Hyped Adelphi Blended Scotch the Best Value Scotch Whisky?

Maclean's Nose blended scotch is not like other blends. It's 70% malt whisky (believed to be 50% Ardnamurchan and 20% Glen Scotia) with the remaining 30% grain whisky, unusually, said to include a large portion of corn. It's 46%, properly presented, and has been much-hyped based on how it overachieves for a blended scotch. How good is this whisky, and, at its very reasonable price, how big a value is it?
