Baked twice a week! 🍑 ... ✅ Recipe 1 – Quick Apricot Cake 100 g soft butter 150 g sugar 2 eggs 200 g apricots 1 tsp apple cider vinegar 300 g flour 1 tsp baking powder Bake: 190°C for approx. 30 minutes ✅ Recipe 2 – Moist Apricot Crumble Cake 180 g soft butter 140 g sugar 5 g vanilla sugar 4 eggs 310 g flour 15 g baking powder 🍑 Topping: 600–700 g apricots 🥣 Optional: 50 g sugar 20 g cornstarch Bake: 180°C conventional oven or 170–175°C fan oven approx. 50 minutes 💡 Tip: Lightly dust the apricots with cornstarch.
