BREAKING NEWS - Don Ritto Tersangka Kasus Mega Korupsi Dibawa Ke Kejagung

KOMPAS.TV – The Attorney General's Office (AGO) received the handover of suspects and evidence from the National Police's Corruption Eradication Commission (Kortastipidkor) in the handling of three alleged corruption cases related to PT ASABRI, PT Krakatau Steel, and the coal supply management of a coal-fired power plant (PLTU). On Friday afternoon, advocate Don Ritto was seen being taken to the Attorney General's Office building to be handed over as a suspect in the case transfer process. The handover was carried out along with evidence as part of the investigation phase that had been transferred from the National Police's Corruption Eradication Commission (Kortastipidkor) to the Attorney General's Office. Previously, the transfer process was carried out in stages, starting with the handover of administrative investigations and some of the evidence. The Attorney General's Office will then proceed with the legal process in accordance with the applicable authorities and provisions for the three alleged corruption cases.
