This is a 35 minute low impact full body dumbbell workout designed to help you build strength at home using simple, effective exercises that are easy to follow. The workout is split into focused sections for lower body, upper body, and abs & core, helping you train your entire body in a structured, balanced way without complicated movements or jumping. You’ll just need a pair of dumbbells to complete the workout, although I also use a booty band and yoga block for a few exercises.
