In July 2024, a new patisserie named “Taisuke Endo” opened in Gakugei-daigaku, Meguro, Tokyo, and quickly became a hot topic. The owner, Chef Taisuke Endo, is a skilled patissier who rose to fame at “Pâtisserie Camélia Ginza” and has made numerous appearances on television and in the media. After training in Alsace, France, he returned to Japan and finally opened his own shop. In this video, we spend a full day at “Taisuke Endo,” which is now approaching its first anniversary since opening.
