Simple, quick and tasty, they are the perfect first course to bring to the table when we want something good but don't want to spend too much time at the stove. This recipe is not only very easy but also very economical as it requires the use of very few ingredients. The leek, having a more delicate flavor, is lighter than the onion which instead has a more persistent flavor and aroma and is very popular with everyone for this series of reasons. To obtain a nice soft and smooth cream I added cream. Unlike many, I do not demonize it at all, on the contrary: I like it a lot for the contribution that in some cases is necessary. In some recipes like this one, it is really good because it gives that right creaminess that I like to find when tasting.
