The game has two phases: 1) Buy properties at auction 2) Sell them for the highest profit The player with the most money at the end wins. 🏠 Phase 1: Property Auction 1️⃣ Deal property cards equal to the number of players. 2️⃣ Starting player begins bidding: Raise the bid Or pass and take the lowest card (paying half your bid). 3️⃣ When only one player remains, they take the highest-value property card and pay their full bid. Repeat until all properties are purchased. 💵 Phase 2: Selling Properties 1️⃣ Deal Check cards equal to the number of players (values vary from small checks to huge payouts). 2️⃣ Each player secretly chooses a property card from their hand. 3️⃣ Reveal simultaneously: Highest property gets the highest check Lowest property gets the lowest check 4️⃣ Discard used properties and checks.
