I promised my new Van Life friends I would take them overnight camping in a REAL Howling Arctic Blizzard Beast, They where Blown Away. We have different ways of living & staying warm in a van in winter, but did they Survive? Braving a Shockingly Brutal Arctic Winter with Blizzard Storm survival in 4 RV camper vans. We all considered getting a Truck Camper after this, not! We got caught in a beast of a Polar Arctic Snownado/Tornado Blizzard. Off Road, off-grid cozy luxury van life in the Arctic winter. This month was the worst I have experienced with 6 blizzards in 4 weeks in the arctic. These arctic roads I travel are awesomely brutal and the weather is extreme with building plastered in snow. Can my van take this beating? Will Mr Bison survive? Out to the arctic ocean and the North Cape and a convoy with 6 new Van Life friends, 4 vans and 2 dogs. SNOWSTORM Camping in a Warm & Cozy Van or 4. We are now stranded on this deserted island of winter in the middle of the ocean of snow, and we might be here for a while. I make coffee & Salmon sandwich and we enjoy a camp fire and some insane blizzard weather. American Van vs German Vans vs Italian Van, is the rest of the world getting any last snow storms of the season as late as March, Spring Break month or even April, the month of the Norwegian Explorer! This types of severe weather conditions can be dangerous & Scary to camp in if you are not prepared with multiple ways to stay warm and toasty while camping. Surviving the harshest coldest nights camping comes with challenges like having enough propane, making sure diesel fuel is topped off for the 4kw Truma and diesel heaters, heavy woolen winter blankets, and several tricks to keep waterlines from freezing. During this winter camping video in real life I make Salmon Sandwich and Coffee to stay warm and cozy by the outdoor fire.With this much snow blowing on my camper roof I am careful about the sun roof I am careful about the spring issue for when I go van camping in heavy rain!! We are holding out and waiting for another forecasted winter snow storm with sub freezing temperatures, I learn what winter exterior lighting upgrades I need for my next winter surviving living full-time in my van RV camper.
