Crane Bank Case: Sudhir accuses BOU of failing to honour agreement
Through a leading law firm, Kampala Associated advocates, businessman Sudhir Ruparelia yesterday filed a 62 page defense, in what is set to be a major court battle pitting the Central bank and the property mogul. In his defense, Sudhir denies the contents of the law suit filed against him by the Central bank and files a counter claim over the violation of an earlier agreed upon Confidential Settlement and Release Agreement.
