Red Lentil, Spinach, & Feta Bake

A delicious 'pie', without pastry. Red lentils pureed with yoghurt, eggs and olive oil forms the base and top. Then a wonderful filling of spinach, onion and feta, along with some dill, completes a very tasty dish. Very easy to make.
