Squat with an axle bar, using fat grips or a bar pad will help you adjust to this fun variation. In this video, Kyle and Brandon break down the key elements of performing a Zercher squat effectively. While the Zercher squat may seem straightforward, there are a few essential points to ensure you're getting the most out of the movement.
