For at least 8/10 minutes, fold in the sifted flour. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 12/15 minutes. Bake until no fingertips remain. While still warm, remove the edges and remove the mold. Remove the parchment paper. Roll it up on a clean, dry cloth sprinkled with powdered sugar. Mix the pastry dulce de leche with the family dulce de leche. Unroll carefully. Fill it with the dulce de leche mixture. Cover with dulce de leche. Trim the ends.
