Blended version 1 lbs. pepper wash and take stems off 2 head of garlic Add to a blender with 1 1/2 cup of lime juice Blend in batches depending on size of blender Blend until most of the pepper seeds are blended Add salt to taste Store in a sterilize glass jar It can be used after 5 days for a very delicious flavour Soaked version In a glass jar Layer with pieces of 1 large onion Add some mari wirrie peppers Repeat process with onions and pepper until jar is almost full Add 1 tsp salt Add lime juice to cover pepper and onions Soak for a few days before it’s ready to serve Amount of lime used (20) Amount of lemon used (3) Golden apple/June plum drink In a pot with boiling water (6 cups) Add the skins of 5 golden apple/June Plum Add 2-3 pieces of cinnamon sticks Add 3 cloves Simmer for 5 minutes Let it cool before straining it Add 1/4 cup of brown sugar Serve cold or with a few iced cubes Enjoy!
